Have you ever wondered how certain photographs look so cinematic, dramatic, powerful and eye catching? Many times, this is because of post production techniques in Photoshop. These skilled artists and retouchers have spent many years honing their skills and picking up tricks as they progress.
In this dynamic session, Photoshop Guru, Colin Smith will share many of these techniques. Learn how to add drama, add atmosphere and cinematic looks to your photographs. Although it may look like magic, it’s practical techniques and tips that you can learn and begin using right away.
It’s not just about capturing images in camera anymore. Photoshop is a powerful story telling tool and this session will help you bring out the story in your photographs. It doesn’t matter if you are doing photography, or design. These are the techniques that you need to know.
Speaker Bio: Colin Smith
Colin Smith is founder of PhotoshopCAFE which has received over 30 million visitors. Colin has Authored 19 books. He has won numerous awards including 3 Guru awards. He’s been nominated for the Photoshop Hall of Fame twice. He loves art and technology and is a pioneer of HDR as well as aerial Drone Photography. Colin is a regular columnist for Photoshop User Magazine. He’s been featured in almost every major imaging magazine, and is in high demand as a speaker at major industry events including WPPI, Adobe MAX, Photoshop World, Imaging USA, PPE, Siggraph, CES, PMA and NAB. He consults such companies as ABC Disney, Apple and Adobe.

Seating is very limited, register early if you want to attend, registration is on a first come basis. If you still want to attend without registering ahead and space permits, it will be $10 at the Door and includes 1 door prize ticket.

Parking Info:
Free Parking if you bring your ticket for validation to the reception desk before 7pm. Validation closes at 7pm. If you get there after park on the street, plenty of meters that are free after 6:00 PM.
