Andrea Batts-Latson, also known as happieTeach, is the manager and Government Technical Lead for design and development of the DINFOS PAVILION (Public Affairs & Visual Information Learning in an Online Network) at the Defense Information School. She is also a community college adjunct instructor, teaching print and web design online.
